The role of the PNE Group Board is to:

• Set strategic aims in partnership with the executive team
• Scrutinise and monitor the performance of management, financial control and risk management systems
• Build partnerships and networks with other relevant organisations at local, regional and national level
• Report on the Director’s own stewardship
