Training and Qualifications

We are an accredited centre with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Oxford Cambridge RSA ( OCR ).  We deliver learning and development programmes in the following key areas:

  • Caring with Confidence training for carers
  • Covering Costs training and one-to-one support in the application of Full Cost Recovery principles
  • Procurement and bid writing
  • Leadership and Governance
  • One-to-one Coaching
  • Coaching qualifications
  • Team Leading
  • Assessor Award

We offer CMI accredited NVQs in Management at levels 3, 4 & 5, Team Leading at level 2 and ILM accredited NVQs in Management of Volunteers also at levels 3, 4 & 5.

We can also offer qualifications in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring accredited by the ILM at levels 3 & 5.
