IT Cabling, Wireless Network Installation and Support:
Cabling the office has traditionally been the way to network a clients IT equipment. We can provide any office IT cabling a client would require - quickly and cost effectively. In addition we provide a service for the emergent wireless networks as well as the traditional Cat5 cabled networks. We can detail the benefits of both these solutions and can specify, procure, install and support either system for our clients.
We also offer consultancy on remote working so that our clients can access their computer network wherever they are located.
IT Network Security Plan:
The physical security of a business is always a concern and businesses face many extra security headaches that range from anti-virus issues to data security.
Security is a primary concern in all our dealings with a clients IT infrastructure. We would provide a service to include:
- Backup - Deal with all the issues regarding clients backups and safe secure storage of their data providing a customised installation of an appropriate backup solution.
- Data Recovery - Recovering data from a computer that will not boot up, typically after a system crash or a virus. This involves either repairing the operating system or extracting data from the hard disk.
- Security - All Internet security issues, secure remote access, viruses, spyware, and hacker prevention.
Support for Office Moves:
An office move can be stressful, costly and disruptive to clients and their businesses. We offer a service to clients to help plan and implement the IT aspects of their office move (either moving into PNE workspace or leaving) within the Tyne & Wear region.
- Consult and plan before an office move
- View the new premises before the move to flag up potential problems before they arise and advise on new office set up
- Cable up the office ready for a client to move in
- Source any new equipment or provide specifications for equipment a client may wish to source themselves
- Liaise and work with clients moving team and all third parties on their behalf
- Set up new equipment and software
- Support a clients IT infrastructure to ensure continued smooth operation
