The year brought exciting developments for the group, which marked the launch of a new strategy, and the continued impact of a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting people to start small businesses, supporting small organisations to be more sustainable, and supporting large businesses to help small businesses.

As a social enterprise run by a team of passionate experts in enterprise, we endeavour to work with people and organisations who share our ambition of effecting positive social and economic change. The inaugural Shell LiveWIRE Top Ten Innovators Awards, delivered in 2015, is just one great example of what drives our passion.

Joytingle, the business of the awards overall winner Singaporean Esther Wang, brings together innovation, compassion and entrepreneurship into a single business model. Her unique product ‘Rabbit Ray’ is used within paediatric care to reduce the trauma of children undergoing intravenous procedures. The Top Ten Innovators Awards gave her powerful message of social value and entrepreneurship a global spotlight, creating a role model to inspire a new generation, as well as supporting the success of the business itself. The awards even gained recognition from the Singapore parliament as a result.

Into the future, we will uphold our vision for social and economic change through new climates, and to deliver projects which add social and economic value to the businesses and communities we work with.

John Strawinski, Chairman of the Board at PNE Group, commented, “PNE Group has embraced strategic change over the last year and as a board we are confident that we enter 2016 from a position of strength. We have a track record of success and as always look forward to the challenge of the coming year, ensuring we maximise any opportunity to amplify the unique enterprise development we deliver on a global scale.”
