Their approach and skills in securing and delivering projects to a high standard and fulfilling the needs of the customer and client are crucial to our success. We therefore take very seriously and encourage the continuing development of employee skills and aim to support financially and with time those engaged in professional development from NVQs to PhDs. Every employee has access to their own modest CPD budget which on an annual basis is available to them to spend on workshops, books, seminars, professional memberships etc.

We take our Investors in People accreditation seriously and run regular in house training and development days and try to optimise the contributions of all staff in the search for success.
