North East Workspace (a PNE subsidiary) has an extensive
track record of planning, funding, implementing, and
managing incubator workspace developments. Our varied
portfolio combines sensitive restoration projects, with
innovative new-build developments.
We aim to create enterprise communities where both peer
support, and commercial collaboration can be fostered.
With sympathetic rental terms we try to ease the financial
pressures that newly formed businesses often suffer.

In 1985 PNE set up the first Youth Enterprise Centre
providing "one-stop shop" advice, training, loans, and
accommodation for young people starting a business.
