PNE Group: Coronavirus Covid-19 Update
PNE Group is considering how the current position and government/public health guidance could potentially affect the delivery of our services to clients, given the escalating concerns over the spread of COVID-19. At PNE, the health, wellbeing and safety of our staff and clients is our priority.
Whilst we’re very much aware and understand our clients being concerned about COVID-19 we want to reassure you that we are monitoring the situation extremely closely. We are currently offering our full range of services, however, we are looking into how these can be delivered differently to meet the government’s most recent advice. Some of our services will move online or be carried out remotely.
We ask that you consider the following:
- If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment/event and reschedule if able to do so.
- If you are self-isolating in line with Government guidance, then it may be possible to attend a scheduled appointment from home using telephone/skype/zoom or alternative to suit your needs. Please contact us to arrange this on 0191 6914901.
- When attending appointments/events, in line with Government advice, we ask that you wash your hands regularly. Advice for attending any sessions is to avoid physical contact, maintaining a social space of at least six feet. This includes avoiding shaking hands. If possible, always carry a supply of hand sanitiser as, due to supply shortages, PNE is currently unable to provide hand sanitiser on site.
- Keep yourself up to date with government and NHS guidance in relation to keeping safe and applying prevention methods.
