Whether it’s developing a new business strategy, implementing partnership working, or engaging workforces through periods of organisational change, we can offer the support, guidance and training to enable you to achieve your goals.

1. Initiation

Understanding your organisation’s objectives is fundamental to our approach. Working closely with you, our team of experts provide consultancy to help you determine your goals, objectives and expected outcomes of your programme. During initial discussions, we identify key expertise within our organisation to support and deliver your programme.

2. Design

Once clear objectives are defined, we will design tailored solutions for you, prioritising your organisation’s goals and objectives. We will continue to work with you to refine the programme and ensure all objectives and expected outcomes can be fully met by the proposed programme.

3. Delivery

With the design of the project finalised, we configure the programme delivery methods which may include access to online learning support before launch.

4. Ongoing support

Once launched, we offer ongoing support throughout the programme, always ensuring that it is delivered to the highest standard.

5. Review

We consistently monitor the delivery of our programmes to ensure that all expected outputs are achieved and provide guidance and consultancy throughout. On completion, we provide detailed reviews of the programme against initial objectives.

Case Study: Northern Rock Foundation

We were awarded over £2m from the Northern Rock Foundation to develop a network of skills providers and to manage and monitor their delivery performance.

Case Study: Leonardo Da Vinci Transfer of Innovation

We supported the international Leonardo Da Vinci Transfer of Innovation programme to support workers and volunteers in third sector organisations across Europe to gain at least one accredited qualification. We worked with five EU partners to pilot volunteer management online learning materials in Italy, Spain, Lithuania and Poland.
