The Award helps to strengthen and develop knowledge of middle management by focusing on specific management areas.
Designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills and practices in areas such as managing resources, recruitment and information management.
Learners enrolled on to the programme should:
• Have some experience of working as a middle manager in either a paid or unpaid capacity or have had experience of first line management and are aspiring to higher level management
