PNE celebrates 25 years as Investors in People
Your people believe that colleagues are very supportive of each other, as well as to clients and beneficiaries of projects.
PNE are proud to share it has been re-awarded the Investors in People (IiP) standard, marking a milestone 25 years of accreditation.
The standard measures our performance leading and supporting of its people against a framework of best practice on topics including leadership practices, staff motivation and harnessing talent. It also compares us to other companies in our industry, of our size.
Our choice to work with Investors in People stems from our core values, in particular our pursuit to uphold and promote Ethical, responsible and transparent conduct and ensures we continually develop our team and provide opportunities to pursue their potential.
Feedback on our most recent award success included recognition of the changes implemented to support individuals to transition to working from home, maintaining team communication as working from home continued and ensuring the safety and confidence of staff unable to work from home at certain points of the year. The final report stated: ‘Your people believe that colleagues are very supportive of each other, as well as to clients and beneficiaries of projects.’
