What is Action Learning?

Action learning is an incredibly powerful problem-solving process that involves a small group working together to take action and learn from each other. It is a highly effective tool for organisations to develop successful strategies, identify exciting opportunities, and confidently tackle challenges and issues.

Action learning sets utilise simple rules to encourage participants to think critically and work collaboratively. Through action learning, individuals are empowered to think outside the box, collaborate, work creatively, and develop leadership and management skills. This process helps individuals to learn from their experiences and apply their knowledge to real-world situations, giving them the confidence to excel in their respective enterprises.

How to Get Involved!

In order to participate in the programme, it is necessary for all participants to commit to attending all of the action learning sets as detailed below. This is important to ensure that all participants are able to build connections and establish a strong group network. The action learning sets will take place virtually.

Each session will take place from 09:30 to 12:00 on the following dates:

  • Thursday 13th June
  • Thursday 27th June
