PNE Enterprise Becomes Partner with StartUp Loans

PNE Enterprise becomes the North East and Cumbria delivery partner for StartUp Loans, a new government-backed initiative supported by Virgin.

With the ambition of opening doors for entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30 who have a great business idea, funding was made available to start-ups in the North East and Cumbria during 2013, successful applicants benefited from Virgin Money’s mentoring support and PNE Enterprise’s many years’ working specifically with young business people.

The Start-Up Loans scheme in the North East and Cumbria was delivered through a consortium including Virgin Money, Virgin Unite, The Northern Rock Foundation and PNE Group, with PNE Enterprise being the consortium partner responsible for arranging and making the loan.
