From being a decorated detective in the Metropolitan Police Force to running her own restaurant in Oxford, Caroline brings a wide range of experience and skills to the PNE Board, including commercial nous and an aptitude for questioning the status quo. She recently obtained a degree in Psychology and is a blackbelt shopper.

She has a Masters in Business Administration, BA Hons in Further Education, Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a Qualified Assessor and Verifier. Outside of work she makes the most of time with family and friends.

Karen acts as a mentor for Welsh Government programmes, especially Women into Public Life and also as Board Member for a range of organisations in Public and non-Public sectors.

A self-confessed gadget geek and former international runner, Gary has a keen interest in athletics and can regularly be seen plodding the streets of Tyneside.
David has implemented large change programmes for multiple clients and has worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland on their social impact programmes. He currently oversees Business Development, Communications and Project Management for the Group.
In his spare time, David likes to read and occasionally undertake practical research into the field of oenology.
She has received the Natwest National Unsung Hero Award and the If We Can You Can’s Supporter of the Year Award.

Lee has mentored several local award-winning businesses and won the client-nominated ‘If We Can You Can Challenge Supporter of the Year’ Award.
Away from work, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, reading, and supporting his local football team.
Beyond the office she is passionate about writing, alphabetising her record collection and brunch.
Lisa is responsible for ensuring processes relating to Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, Risk, HR, Quality and CPD are consistently and effectively applied throughout PNE Group.
A ‘shoe-aholic’ with a love of music and movies, outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
